The first move, the whip, is pretty much a reverse Multifarious Whip. It takes practice just because it has sort of a different feel to it, but it's not too difficult to get consistent.
The dismount shown in the video where you go into a chopsticks-style mount and then bind is fairly tricky. You want to make it feel like the yoyo is moving up, down, then up again as you're moving from the Trapeze to the chopsticks mount to the catch. When done correctly, it adds quite a bit of flare to the trick.
