Green Triangle 07/29/2009
About this trick Green Triangles are used in many modern tricks, it's very good to be familiar with them. This mount can be arrived at countless ways. You're actually going to have to figure out which side of the triangle to dismount out of based upon which side you mounted the trick from. Always dismount on the same side you mounted, otherwise you'll get a knot in the string. CommentsGabriel 02/15/2011 4:25pm
Hi Kyle, this is a very nice looking trick and not that difficult but... I don't like the dismount. :-) It does not look very nice for instance in a combo... Are there other dismounts possible?

Hey Gabriel. Something I like to do is pop the yoyo out the proper side of the triangle, but then sort of force it to hop OVER the string onto the other side (thus removing the extra wrap of string without having to actually untwist your freehand index finger), then use the momentum of the yoyo falling to let it swing up around your freehand index into a trapeze, where you could continue a combo.

Thanks a lot Kyle.

Yes yes, you're correct. It takes a little bit of getting used to, but it's a little bit smoother than the customary way of dismounting, I think.
